What are the opening hours of the City Tower?

The City Tower is open from Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM and 8:30 PM, and on Sundays from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM. From October to April, the opening hours are shorter: Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM, and on Sundays from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

How many visitors can be in the City Tower at once?

For safety reasons, the number of visitors is limited to a maximum of 40 people per floor. For larger groups, we recommend sending us the completed form HERE, or contacting us at info@mestni-stolp.si to facilitate the organization of your visit.

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased on our website by clicking the “Tickets” button in the upper right corner or at this link.

How can a group purchase tickets?

Groups can also purchase tickets on our website here. If the group consists of more than 40 people, we recommend sending us the completed form HERE, or contacting us at info@mestni-stolp.si to facilitate the organization of your visit.

How can I cancel my ticket?

Tickets purchased through the website cannot be canceled. In case of an error or cancellation, please contact us at info@mestni-stolp.si.

Are there discounts for students?

Yes, the ticket price for students is 5 EUR. Tickets can be purchased online at https://mestni-stolp.si/vstopnice.

Are there discounts for seniors?

Yes, the ticket price for seniors is 5 EUR. Tickets can be purchased online at https://mestni-stolp.si/vstopnice.

Are there discounts for children?

Yes, children up to five years old have free admission. The ticket price for children aged six to fifteen is 4 EUR.

Where can I park?

There are several parking spaces near the City Tower. Parking fees apply until 4:00 PM on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and until 1:00 PM on Saturdays. Parking is free on Sundays.

Where can a bus park if a group arrives?

We recommend that the bus drops off visitors at the parking lot below the castle (Raičeva ulica 7), where it can also park for free, or at the Zadružni trg P+R parking lot (Zadružni trg 15).

Is access available for people with limited mobility?

Due to the historical nature of the tower, access for people with wheelchairs and physical limitations is unfortunately not possible. We appreciate your understanding.
